Ms. Buker oversees the strategic direction, execution, and growth of Cambridge’s business development, capture, and proposal activities across all markets and regions. She is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new opportunities. 

Ms. Buker is an operations and business development expert who specializes in delivering intelligent, compliant solutions to complex problems. She draws on her nearly 20 years of experience in the defense and intelligence industry to help Cambridge’s customers achieve mission success in critical C6ISR domains. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington.
