Our Veteran Program
At Cambridge, veterans benefit from opportunities to grow in a supportive culture with many leadership roles held by fellow veterans. Our organizational structure includes Practice Leads – Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and managers who work with staff in a player-coach model, a platform for employees to voice input and deepen their leadership/functional abilities. Our Engineering, Logistics, and Implementations Group provides recurring and systematic opportunities for employees to be part of project teams while being mentored, facilitating their ultimate transition to a Lead role. We offer tuition support for certifications and degrees as well as formal Supervisor Training where we set, monitor, and support internal management goals for growth. To further enhance veteran leadership skills, we have established partnerships with the U.S. Marine Corp’s SkillBridge Program at Camp Lejeune, where we host management and pre-apprenticeship internships. Similarly, with U.S. Special Operations Command’s Warrior Care Program, we offer internships for our Special Ops veterans. We are dedicated to developing and leveraging veterans’ leadership skills.
