Cambridge, a proven C5ISR provider, has been awarded as the prime contractor on a task order to support Global Operations Special Mission Solutions (GOSMS) by the United States Special Operations Command’s (USSOCOM) Program Executive Office for Fixed Wing (PEO-FW) which delivers Special Operations, including manned and unmanned fixed wing airpower capabilities, to effectively enable Special Operations Forces (SOF). The $13M contract was awarded under the General Service Administration (GSA) Professional Service Schedule (PSS) IDIQ and the period of performance is one year, ending through April 23, 2021.

In support of this contract, Cambridge will provide engineering services and solutions associated with the full system life-cycle support including research; development; test; evaluation; production; and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable C5ISR Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services, and Space capabilities. Cambridge will support the rapid acquisition, development, and delivery of effective and affordable capabilities to meet the global mission requirements for USSOCOM.

Cambridge GOSMS support will focus on engineering activities including but not limited to architecture, design, development, integration, testing, training, security, and support services. Cambridge will work on the planning, analyzing, organizing, and integrating of current and emerging operational and system capabilities to achieve desired warfighting mission effects, including mission analysis, analysis and assessments, and designing or adapting systems and architectures to meet mission outcomes.

System engineering and integration and ISR are core Cambridge capabilities derived from our roots as a radar provider and expanded to encompass full systems life-cycle support of various C5ISR systems including more than 25 different Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) and Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) programs and projects. We support everything from research and development to systems integration of various C5ISR sensor technologies and UAV platforms (fixed wing, rotary, etc.). We are excited to continue providing our core capabilities in new ways to support the USSOCOM mission and Special Operations.
