CMMI SVC /3 Cambridge Appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services

Cambridge announced today that it was appraised by the ACME Process Group at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI-SVC) in Service Development and Delivery. The appraisal team reviewed a broad range of Cambridge’s internal and external service development and delivery functions and found they met all CMMI for Services Maturity Level 3 goals and practices for all process areas within scope. This follows last year’s successful CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV) Maturity Level 3 appraisal in Software Development and further validates that Cambridge has the defined processes and infrastructure to drive valuable operational efficiencies and continuous improvement for customers across its organization.

“Our Maturity Level 3 appraisals in both CMMI for Development and CMMI for Services, along with our ISO 9001:2015 certification, demonstrate our commitment to providing all of our Government and commercial customers the highest quality solutions and services,” said Kimberly Harokopus, Cambridge CEO.
