Maritime Surveillance System Delivery

The Challenge:

Many Partner Nations (PN) lack the necessary equipment and capabilities to effectively manage maritime operations, environmental protection, and coastal security challenges such as drug trafficking, weapons smuggling, and illegal dumping and fishing. This deficiency poses significant issues not only for the affected countries but also for their regional and global allies, including the United States.

Our Solution:

To empower PNs to surveil their coastlines and the surrounding seas, Cambridge has delivered fixed and mobile Maritime Surveillance Systems (MSS) worldwide. We conduct geotechnical investigations; design site layouts; procure and deliver equipment; and install or upgrade MSS and towers that withstand austere environments, including hurricane conditions. We also train PN defense personnel on the new systems.

Results:

Cambridge’ tailored MSS have significantly improved situational awareness and enabled threat detection and response in the Bahamas, Bahrain, Colombia, Greece, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Montenegro, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and other locations. Our efficient, customized approach and on-time delivery have made us the contractor of choice for several PNs.
