At Cambridge, veterans benefit from opportunities to grow in a supportive culture with many leadership roles held by fellow veterans. Our organizational structure includes practice leads where subject matter experts and managers work with staff in a player-coach model, providing a platform for employees to voice input and deepen their leadership and functional abilities.  

Our Engineering, Logistics, and Implementations Group also provides recurring and systematic opportunities for employees to be part of project teams while being mentored, facilitating their ultimate transition to a lead role. We are dedicated to developing and leveraging veterans’ leadership skills.

SkillBridge Program for Service Members

Cambridge is proud to participate as an approved partner in the Department of War SkillBridge Program. This fellowship provides transitioning active-duty service members with the opportunity to gain hands-on civilian work experience while still serving on active duty. Participants complete a full-time fellowship during their final six months of military service, allowing them to begin their civilian career transition while continuing to receive full military compensation and benefits.
