This contract supports the Navy’s requirements for modernization and decommissioning of C4ISR systems at shore facilities, engineering design, project and program management, end-user training, troubleshooting, industrial work, and operational verification services.  

Contract Scope 

The contract scope includes services that span the entire spectrum of requirements associated with delivery of fully operational and sustainable C4ISR systems to the warfighter including: 

• Program and project management 
• Engineering design 
• Industrial work 
• Troubleshooting 
• Operational verification 
• End-user training  
• Other installation services and material necessary to accomplish any NAVWAR C4ISR maintenance, modernization, and new system installation
