Cambridge supports the U.S. Government’s (USG) foreign affairs missions and foreign military sales (FMS) programs by providing adaptive, flexible solutions to continually support partner nations’ capabilities and capacities. We support our allied nations by providing aviation fleet maintenance, capacity-building training, efficient logistics, information operations, maritime surveillance system bolstering, native-level monitoring and translation services, and subject matter expert mentorship to enhance partner nations’ defense capabilities.

Even when faced with global challenges of the highest magnitude, we rely on our experienced program management abilities to develop contingency plans and take calculated risks to deliver mission-critical services. We anticipate changing requirements and confront complex obstacles through agility, innovation, and insightfulness. We have proven our mettle on the toughest problems, including adapting to the threats and challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

FMS Training in Hungary

Cambridge successfully modified an FMS training course so that it could be safely and successfully delivered in-person in Hungary. Despite the many logistical challenges presented by the pandemic, which impacted both travel to Hungary and the course setup, our team was able to adapt so that the Hungarian soldiers could safely receive essential training. Our team deployed with less than 30 days to prepare after scheduling and coordinated closely with Host Nation (HN), U.S. Embassy, and USG customer stakeholders to facilitate a travel exception letter to deliver this mission-critical training.

Crossmatch Jump Kit and BioSled Mobile Biometric Collection Kit Training in the Bahamas

Our team facilitated virtual Crossmatch Jump Kit and BioSled Mobile Biometric Collection Kit Training to The Royal Bahamas Defence Force, adapting the Programs of Instruction (POI) to facilitate virtual delivery instead of in-person delivery as originally intended. Instructors provided over the shoulder guidance remotely to HN students for practical exercises, which comprised a significant portion of the course. Our training was completed on time and within budget, demonstrating our ability to adapt to changing global dynamics.

Aviation Maintenance and Flight Training in Colombia

Our team successfully adapted an aviation maintenance and flight training program so that it could be conducted virtually instead of in-person during a nationally mandated lockdown in Colombia in response to the global pandemic. Thanks to their expertise and innovation, the team was able to execute all the courses that were originally scheduled without compromising course standards. We have continued to provide mission-critical aviation maintenance and flight training to the Colombian Military and National Police.

Cambridge has worked in austere environments and challenging domains for more than 25 years. We draw on this experience to help us adapt and innovate whenever unexpected challenges arise. We place our employee’s health and safety as our top priority and work alongside our customers to deliver intelligent solutions that are the best fit for their needs.
