Cambridge provides a full set of operations support for our clients.  Cambridge teams perform 24x7 operations and maintenance of communication and broadcast systems for our national security clients both in the US and OCONUS.  Not only do they provide turnkey operations for critical communication systems, but they handle all elements of facility operations and maintenance.  This includes all levels of corrective, preventive, and demand maintenance for site components, subsystems, and assemblies; tower and antenna structural integrity compliance; support of power distribution, water supply, and HVAC systems; a full environmental compliance program; and complete physical security and emergency response systems.  Cambridge has independently sustained and operated sites terrestrial communication sites as large as 400 acres.  In other instances our operations are co-located and integrated with other homeland and national security entities to ensure the necessary operational availability of networks and information sharing requirements.  From individual client help desk support needs to large scale site operations, Cambridge offers a full range of services, including:

    Prime contractor for the 29 site DISN microwave network on Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Cambridge currently operates and maintains the PRAWS network with a team of experienced, on-island communications technicians and facilities support personnel. Operations are 24/7, 365 days annually to achieve an availability rate of 99.69%.
